Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Scarelli. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 7 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The product isn't used or damaged.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

How to Return Your Product

To return a product, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us by email at contact@scarelli.com to initiate the return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for products of significant value.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or if you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
