What the Lifetime Warranty Covers
The Scarelli Lifetime Warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Defects in stitching
- Issues with fabric integrity
- Faults in zippers, pockets, and other functional elements
Should your product experience a manufacturing defect, we will repair it free of charge or replace it with a new item, at our discretion.
What the Lifetime Warranty Does Not Cover
Our Lifetime Warranty does not extend to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents
- Modifications, alterations, or repairs not performed by Scarelli
- Loss or theft of the product
How to Make a Warranty Claim
